KG Physio started from nothing but an idea. The idea was to become a leading seller of sports, fitness and health products leading with the highest possible quality of product in mind. As a former physiotherapist, the brand owner only knew how the product should be, but how would he get it into customers homes in high volumes?

KG Physio started from nothing but an idea. The idea was to become a leading seller of sports, fitness and health products leading with the highest possible quality of product in mind. As a former physiotherapist, the brand owner only knew how the product should be, but how would he get it into customers homes in high volumes?

Results

We believe that the results truly speak for themselves. With no outside initial capital (we started with £6,000 but over the 4 year period we borrowed £500,000 from Amazon itself) the brand grew exponentially and exploded across 5 countries. At its peak KG Physio managed to achieve over £3.5million in sales annually, with record setting days of selling over 1000 products in 24 hours. The brand was successfully sold in 2020 and is still ranked in the top sellers charts in sports and outdoors for multiple products.

How Was This Acheived?

As you can imagine, there were many variables that contributed to the success of KG Physio. All of which we will share with you as our client. We were tenacious in our obsession in the numbers. We constantly looked to improve customer reviews, improve the conversion rate of every product, invest in the time to learn the language in each country, master the Amazon algorithm, deep dive on keyword research and most importantly keep growing. We kept adding products, kept adding variations, but at the same time trying to add something unique about those products. Whether that was unique scents for Epsom salts or adding home workout posters to package with the dumbbells, we always strived to do that little bit more than the competiton.
